Matt shares his five strategies for helping teachers become leaders. Finally, we hear about Matt’s upcoming full-day session at LitCon, where attendees will build their literacy leadership capacity by embracing the actions and identity of a coach. He’ll teach attendees to design and build their own projects using the C.O.A.C.H. framework.
