Completing Your Teacher Leader Registry
We are entirely electronic and streamlined! We have created this webpage to assist you in completing a simplified Teacher Leader Registry Application. Please follow these steps to submit your application by the deadline provided.
- Download and review the Site Coordinator Approval Form. This form is also a useful tool to review what information you will need to submit to the online Teacher Leader Registry Application.
- Confirm you created your online profile and paid your RRCNA Membership dues. If you haven’t created your profile since March 2021, you will need to use these instructions to do so.
- If you attended TLI 2022, you have already paid your $50 Teacher Leader registry fee. You received an email with a coupon code – make sure you have this handy. If you did not attend TLI, be prepared to submit your $50 registry fee by credit/debit card.
- Submit your online Teacher Leader Registry Application. You will need to upload the signed Site Coordinator Approval Form in order to complete the registry.

The Worthington Professional Staff will verify your information and submit it for the review and approval of your UTC/RI Trainer. If we have any questions, we will contact you.
